We are urgently recruiting a material handler for our client, a major international engineering production company.

Duties will include moving product about the facility.
Using forklifts, Side shifters, straddle carriers and other plant vehicles. Previous plant operational experience is essential although training can be provide on the plant that candidates aren’t trained on.

Moving items in and out of place as a when needed.

Unloading and loading delivery vehicles.
Keeping on top of shop floor layout, making sure material and large items are in the correct footprint.

You will also be expected to fill sets after they are built, before they go into our test cells.
So filling of oil, HVO / diesel & coolant etc. (Training will be provided on specific products etc.)

Has experience in organising / tidying areas in a factory environment or similar.
Switched on and keen to learn .
