Loyalist College is embarking on a journey of implementing a new modern HRIS called Workday. The Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development will be responsible for ensuring that our HR technology aligns with our strategic goals while effectively supporting the workforce, with particular focus on the candidate, employee and hiring manager experience. This role requires both a visionary thought leader as well as someone that is ‘hands-on’ and dives into the details as needed to ensure a successful execution of required goals.

Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development will build and champion Loyalist’s employee recruitment and retention strategy.
