Dedicated sales lead to coordinate sales teams, ensure the team's sales quotas are met and support the management.
- The sales lead will perform sales, management and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales performance, recruiting and training sales team and monitoring inventory.
- Recruiting and training new sales team, assigning specific tasks to other sales team and monitoring the team's sales performance
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, and make recommendations for immediate improvement.
- Providing sales team with constructive feedback and assisting team to solve customers' problem.
- Motivating the sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team.
