Safety Officer / Engineer

Responsibilities:
• To assist the Plant Manager to control and monitor all safety works on the plant.
• To coordinate and implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the safety team.
• To supervise, monitor and control daily safety works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
• To coordinate and monitor all personnel and contractor’s safety activities at site.
• To maintain and implement safety practices.
• To plan and coordinate emergency drill at site with all related parties.
• Propose solution and improvement (design/action/access/control) for safety findings.
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the specifications, regulations and codes by DOSH and relevant authorities.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
