Planner (Onsite at DOW AIE, 10 months contract)▪ Prepare job package of all assigned job according to DOW requirements.▪ Facilitate all discipline to completed job package review, JSA, Pre-job review and etc.▪ Prepare data to support EH&S requirement and special approval review.▪ Estimate and review scaffolding, insulation and crane with related discipline and other contractor.▪ Review manpower loading and training plan.▪ Prepare and review execution schedule with scheduler.▪ Support all EH&S programs during preparation.▪ Review and inspect material together with DOW planner.▪ Facility plan for support all assigned job.▪ Prepare all facility item according to DOW specification.▪ Control and monitor progress of all pre-execution activities.▪ Plan for alcohol testing and fit test.▪ Prepare crane usage management.
