OPERATIONS
• Assist with Quality Control, i.e. Stock and control checking
• Quality Control for weights coming in from customers
• Reports weights of loads and advise on contaminated loads
• Monitoring absenteeism as per ERS
• Ensuring that Housekeeping of the warehouse is kept up to a good standard
• Assist with Site Inspections when required
• Vehicle and Bailing checklist and daily check list.
• Assist in the monitoring of the yard operations to ensure organizational goals are met,
• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, revive and participate in the work of staff responsible for the Depot,
• To assist in the implementation of the more technical and complex tasks of the work unit including implementing changes to improve efficiency and plant operation cost effectiveness.
• Participate in the selection of plant operations staff; provide or; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.
