JOBRESPONSIBILITY
• Ensureeffective operation in warehouse / store.
• Ensure all activities are performed and adhered tostandard procedure, GMP, company rules andregulations.
• Responsible in update orderpreparation list and share to QAQC department and packingpersonnel.
• Responsible in received and arrangeincoming materials.
• Arrange delivery by checkvehicle condition, and monitor loading container/truckprocess.
• Check and receive daily productionoutput, update the inventory in system.
• Warehouse 5S housekeeping, always keep the warehouseclean, neat and tidy.
• Weekly sampling stocktake to ensure stock accuracy.
• Monthly/Annualstock take.
• Always make sure the goods inwarehouse storage in good condition.
• Coordinate on sample preparation to customers.
• Coordinate external product inspection by third party orcustomers.
• Arranged and release sparepart/materials to related department.
• Monitorstock safety level and expired items.
