Position: Chef

Location: Kiama, NSW

Salary: $70,000 ~ 80,000 plus Superannuation

Our client, Kiama Leagues Club is looking for a Chef to join the team.

Responsibilities of a Chef might include but not limited to:
• Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
• Working closely with the executive chef to develop menu ideas
• Managing daily production and planning
• Determining food inventory needs, stocking and orderings
• Costing and controlling kitchen operations
• Managing and work closely with other Chefs to all levels
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between team mates
• Train junior kitchen staff
• Prepare and cook food based on the recipe guidelines
