- Maintaining Company fleet of motor vehicles insurance and road tax renewals.
- Traveling to Bank/Post Office/Government Depts.
- Company representative for foreign workers' arrivals into Malaysia.
- Company Mailings-prompt and regular both inwards & outwards
- Manage & update Government licenses/permit schedules.
- Assist in printing and stationery supplies management.
- Scraps Sales documentation & Reports
- Obtain Export endorsements from relevant parties-FMM/Health Authority/Embassies
- Liaison with Security Guards/Security Service Providers
- Efficient and systematic retrievals of filing system and arranging couriers pickups.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
• *REQUIREMENT: -**
- Diploma in Administration/STPM/SPM,
- Previous 1 to 2 years of experience in related works
- Possess own transport - bike.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
