Finders Recruitment are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our very reputable client based on the outskirts of Ely, Cambridgeshire. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be a pivotal part of the efficient production process, contributing to the creation of top-quality products.

Working Hours

Monday-Thursday (6:00am-2:30pm) Friday (6:00am-1:00pm)

Key Responsibilities
• Operate, maintain, and monitor manufacturing machinery per guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform equipment setups, adjustments, and inspections for seamless production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently to minimize disruptions.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements
• Seeking hands-on experience in manufacturing industry (Previous experience preferred).
• Understanding of machinery operations and manufacturing processes.
