£12 per hour

Support for a young person who has an eating disorder, emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD) and complex PTSD.

When her condition allows D enjoys shopping and accessing different activities, she has not done this for a while and is looking forward to gaining the confidence to do some of these things.

14 hours per week, days to be agreed - flexibility with working hours/times is required.

£12 per hour

Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.

Supporting and encouraging D to access the community and different activities she enjoys, promoting her independence and general confidence building.

Someone who has experience of supporting others, some knowledge of eating disorders and mental health conditions or a willingness to learn as you will need to have an awareness of the daily challenges these conditions can bring.

Someone who likes to be outside who has a kind, caring nature and the ability to be empathetic.
