Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Finance Business Partner – FP&A for a SME who went from £20m - £30m in 2023 and forecasting similar growth in 2024.

The Finance Business Partner will have great exposure to the SMT and wider business and drive continuous improvement across the whole business with a significant focus on sales and margin, through truly understanding the business operations and how to maximise bottom line through planning and analysis to deliver data led commercial insights.

The Role - FBP
• Partner with SLT, Operations, Sales and research teams
• Drive continuous improvement, to enhance bottom line
• Challenge, influence and lead change to current process to deliver growth targets
