Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve the company goals (sales growth, inventory loss control, manpower management, etc.)
• Coordinate and organize internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Meeting regularly with senior managers to develop and report on strategic plans for team objectives
