Overview

H9 Technical are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a Mechanical Subcontractor based in Somerset.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Contract Administration - understanding the form of contract and the key provisions contained within and advising the other team members of the scope and any special contractual requirements of the project.
• Payment Applications - establishing the basic billing practice, ensuring the timely preparation of applications for payment and monitoring entitlement, and expediting receipt of payments.
• Notices - submission of contractual notices (Early Warnings, delays, change etc.).
• Change - identification of change (Variations, Compensation Events, claims etc.) and ensuring notifications within time limits. Preparation of cost and/or programme impacts associated with such change and liaising with the planning team as required. Negotiating with the client in relation to such change, where applicable.
