For our client in Fribourg, we are searching for a person to hand le the administration and coordination within certain areas of the company including but not limited to ensuring the proper functioning of the reception service at the head office. Ensure the monitoring and coordination of the general administration of services and provide confidential administrative support to the directors.

Tasks
• Visitors' reception
• Receiving and sorting telephone calls + intercom
• Administration
• Calendar managemen
• Tracking incoming invoices and sorting mail
• DHL shipments and tracking
• Processing and dissemination of general information
• Coordinating building management, studio and cleaning staff
• Parking management
• Management of office supplies
• Administrative support to management

Requirements
• CFC for commercial employee or equivalent
• Good linguistic knowledge in French and English (oral and written) a must
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
