KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

• Assist in ensuring effective management of humanitarian project contracts, including monitoring of expenditure,

quality and timeliness of reporting, the upkeep of records and monitoring the overall project management cycle.

• Support in suggesting strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying

bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.

• Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the Manager of IP.

• In collaboration with Regional Desk Country (RDC) from HQ to ensure the speedy issue of SLAs, transfer of funds,

and effective tracking of project expenditure.

• Assist Manager of International Programme (IP) on all proposal preparation, grant revisions, extensions, and donor

reporting, work within clear timeframes and within donor requirements.
