Responsibilities

Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Planning to purchase of equipment, services and supplies.

Reviewing and analysing of product & services and to come up with an improvement plan

Assist on taking off quantity, controlling, calculation of project costing, computation of BQ and ordering and material shuffling.

Assist for site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to subcontractor.

Involve with the project team in administering contractual matters such as VO, extension of time, loss and expenses, project cost control etc.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or equivalent

1-2 years of experience

Handling of documentation and negotiation skills

Strong negotiation skills.

Impeccable time-management.

Strategic thinking.

Ability to adapt to change.

Understanding of risk management
