My client, based in Fleet, Hampshire, are on the lookout for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The desired candidate will have an extensive Facilities Maintenance background and be based within the M3 or M4 corridor.

Key Responsibilities
• Cost Estimating
• Formal Cost Planning
• Tender and contract documentation preparation
• Cost Assessments
• Attending project and design team meetings
• Attending client meetings

Desired Candidate
• The ideal candidate will have experience with JCT Minor Works
• Experience with NEC3 & NEC4 Contracts
• Good appreciation of Quantity Surveying matters, being able to understand the basics of the local and wider property markets;
• Demonstrable experience within a similar role;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Build, develop and maintain existing business and client relationships
