The Carer Role:

We are recruiting within our Residential Care Home for multiple positions.

We are seeking candidates with the following requirements:
• Genuinely care about helping the elderly
• Reliability and a strong team/work ethic are essential within this role. The suitable candidate expected to have minimum NVQ level 2

Carer Main Duties:
• Following residents specific care plans
• Support residents with day to day activities
• Maintain residents dignity and independence
• Lifting and helping residents move around (Some Manual handling)
