Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for a reputable client for an exciting new opportunity as a Head Chef in Cambridge.
As the Head Chef, you will be instrumental in leading and managing the culinary operations at our client's social hub, ensuring top-notch food service across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the culinary team to meet KPI and Modern Recipe standards.
Oversee both front and back of house culinary operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Deliver exceptional meals and catering services.
About the Role:
The café/restaurant will accommodate 120 people and operate during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 7am - 8pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm
Your immediate team structure includes:
Head Chef
2 x Chef de Partie
1 x Weekend Chef
