MUST HAVE SKILLS, EDUCATION & BEHAVIORS

• BA/BS degree in Design or related field or relative experience in the field (in-house or agency)

• 5+ years of design and/or formal design training with exceptional conceptual and design skills.

• On-going experience as a creative “working” mentor – you are viewed as a “go-to” person on the team. • Strong typographical and technical design skills are required.

• Expert use of design applications: Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design etc.,

• Proficient reading comprehension ability to understand customer needs in English along with Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.

• Strong Illustration skills or the keen ability to direct Illustrators is required.

• An in-depth portfolio focused on developing corporate identity and corporate collateral from the ground up is essential. • Exhibits creative skills as required to enhance customer satisfaction.
