We are pleased to represent a Stokesley based client with who have an immediate opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties

My client is a well-established organisation who are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant with the drive to progress and further their career. Providing direct support to the Finance Director, key duties will include:
• Daily bank account reconciliation for multiple accounts
• Checking and verifying payments
• Receiving and processing credit card payments
• Managing petty cash transactions
• Processing staff expenses
• Month end processes and reporting
• Production of monthly and ad-hoc excel reports
• Review and creation of new customer accounts
• Credit limit review of sales ledger and reporting to FD
• Processing of all receipts and payments for 2 overseas subsidiaries
