We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team across Gravesend, London & Thurrock.

You’ll:
• Assist with the procurement of subcontract packages as required, including the preparation of tender documents and support on tender analysis.
• Input into the production of Stage 1 deliverables for submission to the Client in accordance with the contract.
• Management of subcontracts, certifying payments and administering change
• Commercial project reporting and forecasting.
• Assisting with the identification and analysis of change with the client and supply chain and the production of the associated documentation
• Work closely with the project management and construction team to develop and deliver the project scope
