Job Description / Responsibility

Area In Charge (AIC) will oversee number of stores in an organized way. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store executives and ensuring they are attained. Effective AIC should be skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. You need to have a strategic mindset and be "leaders of men". You should also have skills in some basic financial planning but have intermediate level skills in operational planning. The goal is to continuously strive to improve the overall performances of our retails shops.
• Traveling and visiting the shops as scheduled in your allocated area at least twice a month.
• Being present at the shop before the shop opening time.
• Ensuring proper dress code of Shop represtative.
