• Lead and oversee MRP/PPIC, warehouse, and delivery activities nationwide, ensuring precise material management, full support for production, and on-time deliveries.
• Digitize SCM systems to optimize customer journey and streamline processes.
• Introduce and coordinate national-wide planning initiatives to minimize stock wastage and transportation costs.
• Strengthen organizational and SCM systems to prevent potential corruption and ensure compliance with internal control requirements.
• Identify and propose solutions for SCM process improvements.
• Make decisions regarding production and delivery sites to optimize OTIF and efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met.
