Job Description

1. Strategic Development and Management
• Drive the pursuit of the company’s mission, vision, and core values to foster a committed, competent, and growth-oriented workforce.
• Cost management and resource optimization.
• Lead change management in an integrated manner, lead transformation projects, and improve organizational agility and performance.
• Actively contribute to strategic planning to drive the growth and sustained profitability of the Group.
• Roll out of key initiatives in managing and developing people.
