The senior supply chain analyst will form part of the continuous improvement team based at the client. The aim of the team is to provide 4PL Operations and the client with the relevant reports, information and decision support to assist in operations and cost saving initiatives as well as to identify, test and implement cost saving initiatives (route planning and transport related).

Key Performance Areas
• Investigate operational processes to determine the root cause of cost drivers and inefficiencies
• Data mining to determine the root cause of outbound related service delivery and transport problems
• Building, updating and communication of professional reports in Excel, Power BI and Power Point
• Ensure quality of reports of subordinates
• Weekly and monthly financial reporting on actual savings leveraged from implemented initiatives
• Weekly and monthly reporting on project progress, successes, and key enablers
• Executive level stakeholder communication
