DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handles the processing of Payment Request to be forwarded to Finance & Accounting Department.
• Provides general support to all Marketing Section’s activity.
• Provides general administrative and clerical support including email, scan, faxing and copying to management, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system, opening, sorting and distribution of incoming correspondences, performing data entry.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior and Marketing Section Manager from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media.
• Have working experience in administrative work, preferably in fast-paced work environment.
• Have basic accounting and budget management knowledge and background.
• Preferably adept with MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
