Provide support to the Head, Technology (Malaysia) on the following
• Secretariat to IT Steering Committee Meeting with CEO and also IT Management Meeting
• Research, draft and prepare materials with minimal guidance before final approval
• Key person for Head of Technology Office department on
• Financial analysis and budget coordinator
• Risk & Compliance matters
• Training and Staff Development Tracking
• Provides assistance and represents the Head of Technology, as appropriate, in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Completes critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; making adjustments to plans.
