Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated Band 6 nurse to join the Respiratory Nurse Team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist to support the delivery of Respiratory care to patients across the local population of Wakefield.

There is an opportunity to consider a Band 5 for a development post to Band 6 over a two year period. This will be subject to demonstrating both theoretical knowledge and practice skills within the Specialist area of Respiratory Care and Management. This development will present the opportunity to complete further courses including the Asthma and COPD diploma.
