Job Title: Returns Coordinator

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum.

Hours: 39 Hours Monday - Friday

Job Purpose: Responsible for handling product and delivery returns, organising and presenting returns information to other departments, reviewing and responding to customer complaints, incoming telephone calls and raising non stock credits. The Returns Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that all decisions made regarding returns are made with consideration for both the customer and the Company.
