Job Responsibilities:
• Introduction and implementation CPS(CATL Production System) standard and drive continous improvement;
• Support lean engineer to implement lean philosophy in the shop floor according to the LEAN methods (5S method, MUDA, Kaizen, KVP, PDCA, SMED, TPM, value stream analysis);
• Identifying waste and work steps that do not contribute to value creation;
• Drive and audit 5S management in all area of the shop floor (production area, logistics area, other area);
• Implement visual management, plan and maintain exhibition boards and marking in the shopfloor to provide clear guide;
