POSITION SUMMARY

Facilities Maintenance

The primary responsibility of the Facilities Maintenance & Work Therapy Coordinator is to perform general building and property maintenance, and to coordinate and communicate with outside contractors when required. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision of facilities staff and client work therapy activities. Duties will include tending to the utility systems, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of a need for repairs.
