Job Summary:

Manages and controls the store operations in the achievement of monthly sales targets to achieve or exceed the annual business plan objectives. Ensures the smooth and uninterrupted operations of all processes in the store and upholds the operational standards and core commercial aspects of the business as per company policy and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for achieving sales target for each department.
• Coach, Motivate, develop, manage, and inspire a team of up to 10 members.
• Developing and Maintain Sales, Profit, and Loss (P&L).
• Delivering Foot Locker fundamental principles of customer service.
• Set action plans to optimize product and stock management.
• Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability.
