Job Summary: Manages and controls the store operations in the achievement of monthly sales targets in order to achieve or exceed the annual business plan objectives. Ensures the smooth and uninterrupted operations of all processes in the store and upholds the operational standards and core commercial aspects of the business as per company policy and procedures.

Responsibilities :
• Responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales Budget, Analyzing store sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes.
• Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores daily; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion, and customer service.
• Maintaining relationships, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing changes and improvements required by the management.
• Manage the recruitment, training, development and succession planning for store.
