DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Preparing work schedules andassigning workers production line tasks.
• Evaluatingincoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.
• Optimizing production lineefficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
• Identifying and resolving productionline problems in a timely manner.
• Training andsupervising new production line workers.
• Collaborating withother departments to ensure that orders are completed on time.

REQUIREMENT :
• Candidate must possess at least SPMlevel or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 02 years production lineexperience in a related industry.
• Requiredlanguage(s) : Malay & English. Proficient in both writtenand spoken English will be an added advantage
• Detail and result orientated andproactive problem solver, poses sense of urgency and commitment toachieve targeted goals.
• Good interpersonal, communicationskills, and proficiency in computer and office software.
