Our client has an opportunity for a vibrant Sales Consultant to join their team of staff in Randburg, Gauteng, to provide excellent customer service.

Candidates with strong communication skills, confident and smartly attired will stand out.

Responsibilities :
• Responsible for Sales
• Provide accurate information
• Answer customers questions about specific products / services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products / services

Requirements and skills
• Matric
• 2-5 yrs. relevant experience
• Proven work experience as a Sales consultant
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
