The Student Service Coordinator reports directly to the Associate Director, Student Services and Financial Aid. Each coordinator provides subject matter expertise for his/her area of specialization while also being cross-trained to provide service in each specialized area of student services (admissions, enrollments, GoArmyEd, transcripts, grades, records, financial aid, veteran's affairs and other areas as needed). The Student Services Coordinator provides training, support, and policy enforcement oversight, and implements strategies for increased operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and positive stakeholder relationships.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
