Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation within East Ayrshire, is currently looking to recruit a Recycling Operative for an initial 2-month contract on a rate of £12.70/hour PAYE. This role will be based onsite.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the sorting and processing of recyclate material.
• The operation and routine maintenance of machinery used to recycle materials and completion of any associated paperwork.
• To maintain the cleanliness of areas associated for the processing of recyclate material.
• The collection of recyclate material from domestic premises as and when required.
• Ensure that all risk assessments and safe systems of work that are relevant to the post are adhered to.
• To undertake other non-routine work such as supporting the household waste recycling centre and to be flexible in the ability to deputise for others in the event of sickness or holidays.
