Your daily task:
• Lead and supervise a team of skilled Toyota technicians.
• Ensure efficient service scheduling and timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain quality control standards and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, budget, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
