Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist in monitoring and updating existing HACCP, SOP, AND QA programs, procedures, and document control programs.
Assist in ensuring Quality and Food Safety standards in the products are met by training of personnel, close monitoring of the processing and improvement of
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in factory environment.
Assist in ensuring that Food Safety & Quality system and awareness are implemented, understood and practiced by all employees.
To act as hygiene officer in ensuring maintenance and sanitation of the facility is in compliance with food safety requirements.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Execute all activities e.g: in the process and finished goods analysis, microbiology, hygiene, pest control, packaging materials, raw materials, calibration activities, and cleanliness & good keeping of equipment together as a part of QA team.
