Our client, a listed industrial group, requires candidate to lead a branch based in Secunda and to manage customer support and service and assume overall responsilbity for the success of the branch, including budgets and revenue targets as assigned.

This is a role with the full operational function.

Please note that the this role has full accountability for the overall management of the branch, including assets, people, facilities, and stakeholders with the expectation of similar industry-relevant previous experience. (Plant Hire industry)

The Successful Candidate Will Manage The Following
• Allocate appropriate cranes and crews for the relevant jobs, including inter-branch assignments.
• Ensure the delivery of a positive Customer Experience in the provisioning of services.
• Support Sales Representatives in conducting site surveys.
• Schedule the transportation of staff, counterweights, outrigger pads, rigging gear, site offices etc.
