Food & Beverage Supervisor

World Class 5* Hotel North Coast KZN

To supervise and coordinate the Restaurant and Room Service Teams, ensuring the establishment and upkeep of high standards while continuously seeking improvement. This includes the responsibility of managing budgets and gross profit, with a commitment to operate within the policies and procedures outlined in the operating manual
Minimum Requirements:
3 years’ experience as a supervisor in a 5-star environment
Ability to effectively listen and verbally communicate in English with all levels of staff and management
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management would be an advantage
Ability to make decisions and work independently
Excellent organizational skills
Previous experience in food and beverage operations, with a good understanding of the culinary arts, food trends and beverage service.
Supervisory experience in a similar role is typically required
