WHAT YOU'LL DO Do you want to play an instrumental role in BCG’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda? We are looking for a DEI Manager who will lead transformational projects that progress our overall DEI strategy.

You will work closely with the Global DEI Director, fellow DEI colleagues, and other BCG leaders to apply a wide range of DEI principles and to help continue to build and maintain momentum for change across the firm.

We recognize the significant value that DEI can unlock for individuals, organizations, and societies and the need to do better.

In this critical role, you will lead efforts to embed DEI principles in career development, learning & development, recruiting, flex offerings and BCG sponsorship, thought leadership and events.

You will focus on building relationships across our Consulting and Business Services cohorts and Specialty Business Units, identifying needs and providing solutions.
