We are seeking a talented Field Sales Manager to join our retail team in Belux. You will be responsible for driving sales and the field team by developing relationships with our retail partners across the country.

Main Responsabilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive field sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Guide, train and support the Sales team, working with each team member, assessing and monitoring them individually and collectively.
• Manage resources effectively, including scheduling staff, and ensuring the availability of materials and equipment.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional programs that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Prepare and submit reports on field progress through the field Business tracker and the picos Tracker
