YOUR JOB:

Guiding the technical aspects in the structuring of project financing through equity, mezzanine capital, and/or bank financing for photovoltaic projects.
Coordinate and support in due diligence processes for the respective projects financing.
Coordination and support of the transaction process including roadmap until integration into the inventory.
Conduct due diligence on potential financing partners and evaluate risk factors associated with financing agreements.
