YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Ground and Rail Operations Manager to look after the SAZ region. The purpose of the roles is to contribute to the business growth through ownership of CEVA operational relationship with strategic customers across Air, Ocean, Ground & Rail products.

You will manage the Operational excellence of CEVA and you will be the operational Senior Point of contact for any internal and external queries.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Ground and Rail team to ensure a high level of customer service to all customer groups (Century, MNC, LLA, Local)
• Ground & Rail Operational team to Ensure that defined operational KPI’s are achieved and exceeded
• Head of Ground in the development of new solutions and successful execution thereof on an ongoing basis

Established and Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

Increase and maintained yearly performance above the Budgeted
