Opportunity to work from home 1 day per week after probation

Monday - Friday, 37.5 Hours per week

Here at JOB Consultancy, we are recruiting for a Claims Handler to work for one of our clients based in the Chorley area. The hours of work are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 18:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

A basic salary of up to £25k is on offer dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Dealing with calls and other incoming enquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that information is captured fully and accurately to determine future handling
• Investigating what happened with the client, creating a complete and accurate record from your discussions
• Undertake initial investigations to triage a liability outcome that dictates the next steps in the process
