About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our NOC Monitoring Team in South Africa. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the Proactive Monitoring of a variety of technologies, including Networking, Systems, Backup and Disaster Recovery, while also providing technical support and exceptional customer service to our clients.
