We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our team in Kulim, Kedah!
• Garner and understand customers’ existing processes;
• Drafting process ideas to improve production rates;
• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards;
• Performing process simulations and process manufacturing issues;
• Performing optimization tests;
• Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality;
• Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process;
• Monitoring upgrades systems.;
• Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production;
• Working hours may vary depending on machine and customer requirements;
• 24 hours support might be needed upon customer request. In such case, it may require shift work, weekend and night support;
• Required to go oversea if necessary to support customers, other regions and trainings;
• Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
